Abstract:
"While mentoring is recognized as a proven approach to fostering student retention and success, it is also a
very effective way to support professional development of teachers. The mentoring relationship can be beneficial in many ways for both the mentor and the mentee, each of whom see it as a sincere and profitable relationship to develop meeting after meeting.
In this article, we introduce the Peer Mentorship Program implemented at Marianopolis College,
from its roots as a pilot project in 2018 to its current status as a fully integrated professional development
program. We write from three distinct perspectives."-- AQPC
