Abstract:
"In an era marked by major transformations in the educational
landscape, particularly in the wake of the 2020 health crisis and
with the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), the adage ″everything transforms″ has become a reality, contributing to the
profound transformation of higher education. At the heart of this
evolution, in the face of relentless challenges, pedagogical counsellors (PCs) are, more than ever, essential pillars of teaching quality.
Similarly, with today’s student expectations for greater flexibility,
interactivity and personalization, as well as academic excellence,
PCs support teachers in implementing learner-centered teaching
methods and active learning. They also play a critical role in the
ongoing professional development of teachers by providing training and resources that are aligned with current pedagogical and
