Abstract:
"This presentation features the results of an an ECQ-funded research project on the experiences of students and teachers with blended learning at three institutions (John Abbott College, Cégep de la Gaspésie, and Champlain St-Lambert). The presentation has two goals: first, we will share the key findings from the focus groups conducted with students and teachers on the impacts blended learning has had on aspects of the CEGEP experience, including the learning process, group dynamics, time management, metacognition, and work-life balance. These focus groups shed light on the ways in which CEGEP education may be changing in the post-Covid context. Second, we will present the resources we have produced to facilitate the delivery of blended learning courses. These resources will be free of charge and accessible to all CEGEP students and teachers. Attendees will therefore benefit from both the theoretical and practical angles of our presentation." -- AQPC
