Abstract:
"Updating a college program is both a motivating
and destabilizing moment for a team. Some have
been waiting for years, others dread it. Meanwhile,
colleagues at the beginning of their careers may
be unsure of what it entails but understand quite
quickly that it is a demanding time—both intellectually and relationally. This shared practice
proposes an educational and rallying avenue for
developing a common understanding of the steps
and the actions to be taken: the competency-based
