dc.description.abstract "Josée, teacher and coordinator of the Paralegal Technology program at the Cégep de l’Outaouais, had a very specific goal in mind when she set out to develop this new program: to design a program that would meet ministerial requirements and professional standards, while fostering active collaboration among team members and respecting individual expertise. At the heart of this initiative: the establishment of a common pedagogical vision and the attentive follow-up of each student throughout their studies. The quality of this collaboration, both disciplinary and interdisciplinary, is crucial to ensuring the coherence and effectiveness of a program of study. Research also shows that students have a better chance of success when they are engaged in a relevant and coherent educational project. The development of the new Paralegal Technology program was an opportunity for the team to apply the fundamentals of the program-based approach, by introducing concerted planning and coherent learning progression. In this article, we tell the story of this process, orchestrated by Josée and guided by best practices." -- AQPC fr
